Freakshow!!!!

I have never experienced the wonders of the 999 Eyes Carnival of the Damned freakshow, but I certainly hope to soon because I love carnivals, I love vaudeville, and I love olde tyme-y entertainment. In my dream fantasy scenario, the freakshow and I would really hit it off and then we would take to the road traveling together through small town America on the dusty moonlit roads of the Western states telling tall tales and drinking moonshine in painted carnival wagons. And everybody would like Nick Cave and Wire.

Well, probably this won't happen, but they are doing lots of shows, including one in Winona, MN! Who knew stuff happened in Winona? My grandparents are from the Winona area. The newspaper is all like, "Local girl has prize-winning chicken!" or "Area couple vacations at Niagara Falls."
